Flooring surface options are available for both carpet and linoleum. Our homes have 4 levels of carpet, with a total of 10 different colors to choose from. Our Live Wire II carpet has a 5 year limited warranty and the Tactile carpet has a thick weave and has a 10 year stain resistance warranty. For linoleum floors, we had 2 standard colors and 3 upgrade colors to choose from. There are many flooring options for your new mobile home. All of these options are available to be shipped to Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Kansas.
